Everyone should be enrolled on this course! I am so thankful I got the opportunity to complete this course, especially during these times (Covid-19) The structure of the course was well suited and the instructor took a lot of time to make everyone feel supported and heard. The online element was good as face to face wasn't an option. Jon managed to create a safe space within the course where we could all talk openly and honestly. With Mental Health often being a taboo subject, this wasn't the case as we were all on the mission to help others and become better Mental Health first aiders. I believe I will now be able to support people more when it comes to MH and will be confident to approach hard subjects and topics. I really enjoyed the course and will recommend it to everyone. I will also recommend Jon the instructor too!
